REPLIKA - Expo winners Keep an Eye 2021
From 29 October through 6 November, Moving Gallery and HKU University of the Arts Utrecht invite you to come and immerse yourself into a photographic limbo.

Manuals of automatism, analogue destruction and an edge-cutting image culture take turns in REPLIKA, where Teune Derks, Rens de Vries and Angel-Rose Oedit Doebé expand the traditional boundaries of photography. Recycled glass stands in contrast to shiny pink Tedhe Medhe snacks, while self-made cardboard cameras resist the predefined conditions of their medium.

The opening is on Saturday 29 October at 5 PM. Semâ Bekirović (fine artist and jury member of Keep an Eye) will enter a discussion with the three stipendiaries about their work. Anyone interested is welcome to come!

Derks, Oedit Doebé and De Vries are the winners of the 2021 Keep an Eye Photography Stipendium. This Stipendium offers artists who work with photography a one-year development track to stimulate their photography practice.
