HKU Theater at 1.5 meters

We are happy to be able to present the work of our students to the public again. To make your visit as pleasant as possible, we would like to ask you to read the information below carefully.

    • Stay at home with cold complaints such as cold, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, mild cough, elevation or fever (38 degrees or higher).

    • Do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes before the start of the presentation. This prevents any queues and congestion.

    • If you are visiting a presentation at the Janskerkhof location, you can enter through the entrance at Janskerkhof 17 (the door to the right of Café Hofman). After the performance, you also leave the building through this door.

    • We do a health check at the box office prior to the performance.

    • In the building we have installed routes on the ground with which we want to guarantee the 1.5 meters. We also provide disinfectant at various places in the building.

    • We ask you to stay 1.5 meters from other visitors, employees and students.

    • After we have checked your ticket, we will assign you a seat. We provide a public setup where everyone is 1.5 meters apart. Also people who belong to 1 household. These places can be recognized in our theater halls by a green marking.

    • We ask you to leave the hall and the building immediately after the performance. Unfortunately our bar cannot open, but luckily there are plenty of cafes in the area for a good after-dinner.

    • We will keep your name and contact details for a possible contact investigation for up to two weeks after your visit. We then delete this data.

    • If you get corona-related complaints, it is good to get tested. If the result is positive, you start the source and contact investigation with the GGD. It is important to also inform us so that we advise the people who have been allowed to visit the performance with you to keep an eye on their health.
