Celebrate the 150th anniversary of HKU Utrecht Conservatory with this interactive light and music artwork at Janskerkhof.

In honour of the 150th anniversary of HKU Utrechts Conservatorium, you can enjoy the interactive light and music artwork Keys of Light at Janskerkhof from 11 December to 4 January. Take a seat at the piano and see how what you play is transformed into the most spectacular light projections on the facades of the HKU and Utrecht University buildings at Janskerkhof.

Keys of Light is the successor to Colour the City, for which the Dom Tower was illuminated with light projections during the darkest days of the year. For Keys of Light, Image & Media Technology students create interactive light projections under the professional guidance of Mr Beam, founded by HKU alumni Bucko Arends and Mo Assem. Each note transforms the city into colour, visible live and accessible to everyone at Janskerkhof.
