Choir Conducting for Professional Musicians in brief

If you’re a musician with a Bachelor of Music degree, or if you’ve completed a programme at a similar level, and if you’d like to develop further in choral conducting, then this course is really right for you.

Choir Conducting course: practical information

  • When: Fridays from 10.00-13.00, starting Friday 24 September.
  • Location: HKU Utrechts Conservatorium, Mariaplaats 27/28, 3511 LL Utrecht.
  • Fees for 2019-2020 academic year: € 1450 including entrance exam and examination fee.
  • If you have taken the Kurt Thomas conducting course, then you’ll receive a € 200 discount.
  • Entrance exam: 10 or 17 September 2021 from 10.00-13.00.

Important: unfortunately, because of the corona measures, we cannot guarantee that the course will be given this year. You will be notified if the course is cancelled.
