Each of the three artists expresses a different aspect of these invisible connections:
- Kim Engelsbel depicts the protester who jumps on the barricades to protect his right to demonstrate.
- Uliana Gromyko shows the connection between brother and sister whose story is being rewritten by technology and distance.
- Glenelys Josefina investigates textured hair as a living symbol of identity, heritage and social pressure – and how her own choices have been partly shaped by colonial beauty standards.
No entrance fee is required to visit this exhibition ,which is on display during the City Hall’s regular opening hours (Stadhuisbrug 1 in Utrecht), from 5 November to 28 November 2025.
