HKU students Olajide Afolalu, Igor Rajić, Broos Labaere and Melle van Huijstee put together the programme and designed the festival experience. Their creative ideas and energy are an important part of the atmosphere, content and form of this edition.
Programme
The A Different Note 2026 programme features more than 50 HKU students and young makers. Expect concerts and performances by, among others, Echos, Roos Koon, Collectief Donkerblauw, Bro_os, Eline & Jet, Het Betekenis, Marion, RIYE, Abgeëckt, Jana and Lovely Lad, Floor Smorenburg, and Anastasia, Charlotte and Igor’s Multisensory Lighthouse.Music for a good caues
The A Different Note Foundation has been organising cultural events since 2018 to raise money for charities connected to music, art and culture. This year’s beneficiary is Stichting Leergeld Utrecht, which helps children participate in school, sports, culture and leisure activities.Why you want to be there
