During this Release Tour concert, WOODCRAFT takes you on a musical journey where the boundaries between tension and relaxation are explored.

With their unique lineup of three cellos, two violins, and voice, they create an intimate atmosphere in which each composition reveals a new landscape—an exploration filled with adventurous, sounds and melancholy.

EQUINOX,
Woodcraft’s newest album, presents a captivating musical journey toward the balance of extremes.
The album is named after the moment when day and night are exactly equal in length, a symbol of perfect harmony.
In their music, the relentless pace of life stands in contrast to the serene tranquility all five musicians long for. In a sound world full of contrasts and unexpected turns, a story unfolds that is both mystical and unsettling.

In 2025, the spring equinox falls precisely on Thursday, March 20. This makes it the EQUINOX concert of Woodcraft’s release tour—promising to be an extra special evening.

Woodcraft has performed at prestigious venues and festivals such as North Sea Jazz Festival, Cello Biënnale Amsterdam, and Amersfoort World Jazz. In 2022, they won both first prize and the audience award at the Dutch Jazz Competition.
