The bachelor's programmes are accredited under Dutch law and meet the Dutch standards of the NVAO (Nederlandse Vlaamse Accreditatie Organisatie).
The Master of Music and the Master of Education in Arts programmes are accredited under Dutch law and meet the Dutch academic standards of the NVAO (Nederlandse Vlaamse Accreditatie Organisatie).
Utrecht School of the Arts is approved by The Open University as an appropriate organisation to offer higher education programmes leading to Open University validated awards.
Programmes in Master of Arts in Fine Art, Master of Arts in Design, Master of Arts in Creative Design for Digital Cultures, Master of Arts in Arts Management (MA AM) and Master of Arts in Performance Design have been developed and will be delivered by Utrecht School of the Arts. They have been validated through a process of external peer review by The Open University as being of an appropriate standard and quality to lead to The Open University validated awards of Master of Arts in Fine Art, Master of Arts in Design, Master of Arts in Creative Design for Digital Cultures, Master of Arts in Arts Management and Master of Arts in Performance Design.
The MA is recognized in all countries acknowledging United Kingdom degrees and awards. It is up to the country of the student’s origin to legalise the diploma.
