On 9 June, dOCUMENTA (13) will open to the public in Kassel, Germany. A major element of this renowned exhibition of contemporary art is the Maybe Education project, for which artistic director Carolyn Christov-Bakargiev invited ten leading art schools to participate in the 'Innovative Art Academies Network'.

One of the schools selected to join is the Utrecht Graduate School of Visual Art and Design (MaHKU), part of Utrecht School of the Arts (HKU).

During the months June and July, MA Fine art students and lecturers will participate in the research and presentation programme. In addition, the Professorship Artistic Research will work with the Documenta team to organise a symposium and prepare a publication (Doing Research).

dOCUMENTA (13) runs from June 9 until 16 September.
